What the fee does and does not cover
One replacement search within six months. If the person you hire does not work out, we run the search again once, within six months of the hire, at no further placement fee. This is subject to the Direct Hire service agreement.
You engage and pay the person directly. The candidate salary is agreed between you and the person you hire, and is separate from our placement fee. You remain responsible for appropriate payment, contractual, tax and engagement arrangements. The appropriate employment or contractor structure depends on the working arrangement and on the relevant Australian and Nepal requirements, and you should obtain your own legal, tax and employment advice where it is needed.
Day-to-day management is yours. We recruit, screen, shortlist and support the onboarding. After that the training, the direction and the working arrangements sit with you, which is what removes the ongoing agency fee.

What does a candidate salary from $600 AUD a month actually cover?
It is an indicative starting salary paid to the administration professional you hire, not a fee to Expand Quickly and not your total cost. On top of it you pay the one-time $2,200 AUD placement fee, and you provide the equipment, the systems access and the day-to-day management. The actual salary depends on experience, responsibilities and hours, and you agree it directly with the candidate.
How is the team member engaged?
You engage and pay the person you choose, directly. The right employment or contractor structure depends on the working arrangement and on the relevant Australian and Nepal requirements. We provide the recruitment and onboarding support, and you should obtain your own legal, tax and employment advice where it is needed.
How do I pay someone in Nepal?
Most customers set up a monthly international transfer through their bank or through a service such as Wise, paid straight to their team member. We walk you through the practical setup during onboarding.
What if the hire does not work out?
The placement includes one replacement search within six months of hiring, subject to the Direct Hire service agreement. We would rather run the search again than leave you with the wrong person.
What administration roles can I hire for?
