Privacy Policy
Expand Quickly ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We collect personal information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number and business details when you book a consultation, contact us, or apply for one of our services. We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as your device type, browser and pages viewed, through standard analytics tools.
How we collect it
Most information comes to us through our booking system (Calendly), email, phone conversations and forms on this website. Analytics information is collected through cookies and similar technologies. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, run consultations, deliver our services, send you information you've asked for, improve our website, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we don't send marketing you haven't agreed to receive. You can opt out of any marketing communication at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it's needed to run our business: with the members of our delivery team who work on your account, and with the service providers behind our systems, such as scheduling, customer relationship management, email and analytics platforms. Each is bound to handle your information only for the purpose we've engaged them for.
Overseas disclosure
Part of our delivery team is based overseas, including in Nepal, and works inside our secure managed systems under our data protection protocols. Some of our service providers also store data on servers located outside Australia. Where information is handled overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it's protected to a standard consistent with Australian privacy law.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access and disclosure, including access controls on our systems, managed devices for our team, and data protection protocols across our offices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we treat the security of your information as our responsibility.
Access and correction
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you believe we've mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we'll work to resolve it promptly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
