Business to business only
Hi, I am Sean.
I have built a few businesses myself, and every one of them needed outsourcing somewhere. Admin, sales, follow-up, accounting. I have also had every problem that comes with it: taken for a ride, thousands gone, and months I do not get back.
So over the years I built a system to stop that happening. Our own office, our own computers, our own people, and every call tracked so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
If you are tired of doing everything yourself and you want an expansion partner rather than another vendor, you are in the right place. Have a quick chat with me and we will work out whether this is worth doing.
Between us we have helped hundreds of businesses put a proper sales process in place.

Dedicated. Your team member works on your business full-time and is not split across other clients. That is the whole model, and it is the main reason this works where shared arrangements do not.
That is the fair question, and we hire selectively for it. It is also why the campaign build exists: your scripts, objections and tone are set with you before anyone dials, and every call is scored so anything off is caught the same day. You can listen to the first ten calls before the campaign goes any further. If the voice is not right for your customers, we replace them at no cost.
Every call is logged and scored by our system, and you get a weekly call plus a written update. You can listen to calls yourself. The activity is visible to you rather than reported to you.
We replace them at no cost to you, at any time. Finding and keeping the right fit is our job, not yours. The scripts, call lists and systems belong to the campaign rather than the person, so a replacement steps into a working system instead of starting from scratch.
No. Month to month from day one, and you can leave at any time. We do suggest giving it three months, because it takes time for someone to learn your business and get into a rhythm. That is a recommendation, not a term.
Honestly, more than nothing. Time with Sean for the process build is required, and in the first two weeks expect to answer questions and listen to some calls. We handle the onboarding and the ongoing coaching, but nobody can learn your business without you in the room at the start. Anyone who tells you it is zero effort is setting you up to be disappointed in week two.
Kathmandu, Nepal, in a managed office that we pay for and run. Your oversight and strategy come from our Australian team. We name this openly because the arrangement is the differentiator, not something to hide.
Before your team member calls anyone, they practise against an AI that plays your prospect, using the objections your buyers actually raise. Every practice run and every real call is scored on discovery, objection handling and close, and that scoring is what the weekly report is built from. It means coaching happens the same week rather than after a bad quarter.
Work happens on Expand Quickly computers and systems inside a managed office, under IP and data protection protocols. Campaign sending runs through our own CRM ecosystem, so your primary domain reputation is not put at risk.
Your team member works your business hours. Nepal is four hours and forty five minutes behind AEST, so a standard Australian working day is covered with the day starting earlier for them. If your customers need to be called at a particular time, that is set during the process build.
Not on day one, unless we place someone who already does. What they know on day one is your offer, your objections and your process, because that is what the build and the onboarding cover. Industry depth comes from doing the calls, which is why we suggest judging it at three months rather than three weeks.
Time with Sean for the process build, and a clear sense of who your best customers are. If you are not sure who your best customer is yet, that is the thing to sort out first, with us or without us.
We build one with you, using automated sourcing and verification, with the volume agreed during the process build. Business to business only. Not having a list is normal and it is not a reason to wait.
That is what the process build is for. The scripts, the call list and the follow-up process are designed with you before anyone dials. It is usually the reason people call us in the first place.
No. Our outbound is business to business only, because calls to business contacts sit outside the Do Not Call Register. If you sell to the public we work your existing customers and enquirers instead, where you already have a relationship.
No. The process build, training, onboarding, office, computer and systems are all inside the monthly rate. The number on this page is the number.
Ten days from the process build to their first call: five days learning your offer, your objections and your process, then five days training against it. If we need to recruit for your role first, that sits in front of the ten days and we will tell you up front. We would rather start a week later with someone properly prepared than a week earlier with someone who is not.
You tell us, and we either fix it or you leave. It is month to month, so there is nothing to unwind. In practice the first thing we look at is whether the list and the script are wrong rather than the person, because that is usually where it sits.
Time with Sean. We look at what you are selling, who you are selling to and whether a full-time person on the phones would actually change your numbers. Bring the objection you hear most and we will run it live through the coaching system on the call. If this is not worth doing, we will tell you.
Every client seat in the office is currently allocated. Leave your details and we will come to you first when one opens up.
